Training Methodology

Course Design and Processes

Course content can be customised to your needs. My course design follows best practice using the ADDIE model:

A - Analysis: discussing and analysing your developmental needs

D - Design: creation of a technical proposal and course outline for your agreement

D - Development: creation of your course materials

I - Implementation: delivery of your training course or coaching programme

E - Evaluation: assessing the success of the course (see "assessment and evaluation")

Assessment and Evaluation

A detailed course report with trainer comments, training metrics (such as exam scores), summaries of feedback received and recommendations for individual participants and the client organisation will be delivered after your training course.

The success of your course will be evaluated on multiple levels:

1 - Feedback and response (via evaluation / feedback forms)

2 - Advancements in knowledge and skills (through testing, examination and a pre- and post-training self-assessment)

3 - Application of plans and decisions (via post-course reflective work and reporting)

4 - Goals achieved and improved results (those reflected in KPIs) as a consequence of the training or coaching

5 - Return on Investment (if possible to measure depending on course type)
